We encourage our employees to make a positive contribution to society and, as a business, we are committed to supporting the communities in which we operate. We have three initiatives which form part of our charitable initiatives policy.
Every member of staff is entitled to claim up to £1,000 in each financial year through our Matched Giving Scheme. We will match every pound our people raise for registered charities of their choice up to a maximum of £1,000 per year.
We offer the opportunity for all staff to take paid time off to volunteer their time and knowledge for a charitable initiative.
Company Charity of the Year
Each year we will have a “Stenprop Charity of the Year”. We will give everyone the opportunity to nominate a charity to become the “Stenprop Charity of the Year”, and will focus on supporting the work of the chosen charity.
