Asset Management

Asset Management is the lifeblood of our operations at Stenprop. Our Asset Management team specialise in industrial property. Their core focus is our Industrials portfolio which involves the management of our diverse tenant base that comprises in excess 800 businesses, mainly SME’s across the United Kingdom.

Our Asset Managers are focused on enhancing the income profile of our portfolio through new lettings, lease renewals and re-gears as well as minimising voids and maximising returns by implementing viable value add initiatives on underutilised space or opportunities identified within our assets. We adopt a hands-on approach by nurturing direct relationships with our customers and suppliers to ensure our space works for them or their business.

Financial Management

Robust financial management is a key pillar to our business. Prudent treasury management ensures we optimise our capital structure to deliver the best returns to our investors on a risk adjusted basis. As part of our transition towards becoming the leading MLI business in the UK, we are seeking to reduce our leverage across the business to provide a stable and consistent income stream.

We pride ourselves in delivering clear and concise reporting to our shareholders to ensure they are up to date with our progress. We frequently review this process to ensure our shareholders receive high quality information in an appropriate format.

Investment & Portfolio Management

Perhaps the most most diverse in terms of activities within the business, we actively collaborate with all the other business functions to ensure the smooth delivery of projects within the business. The core focus is investment and finance, but the diverse range of skills within the team mean we turn our hand to leading and supporting a variety of projects. Key areas of focus include:

Investment Management

Through a disciplined approach to acquiring new assets and deep market knowledge we seek to acquire new MLI estates where we can actively create value through the application of our platform and rigorous asset management. Our broad network of regional contacts enables us to source best in class industrial estates that fit our investment programme.

Financial Planning and Analysis

Through rigorous financial analysis we seek to ensure our strategy and business plan deliver on our promises to our shareholders. We actively look to use the data generated from our portfolio together with outside sources to identify trends that inform and support our business decision making and day to day operations.


We maintain strong and active relationships with the real estate lending community. These relationships enable us to secure the most appropriate and competitively priced capital. We seek to develop a strong and transparent relationship with our lending partners to ensure quick decisions can be made in the delivery of our business plan.

Legal, Compliance and HR

Our in-house team works in close collaboration with all other business functions and advises on a wide range of corporate, commercial, regulatory and governance issues. We manage the company secretarial function and maintain excellent relationships with a panel of external advisers. Based on our understanding of the strategy, objectives and risks of the business, we are able and proud to be a key partner in Stenprop’s transition to becoming the leading MLI business in the UK and to effectively support the business with their choices and decisions. We also manage the HR function and look after the welfare and development of each individual employee.

Based in London, our HQ provides a modern, flexible working environment. We have recently remodelled and refurbished our office space to ensure it provides a comfortable and collaborative environment. Key features include:
